Vennerslund

Vennerslund is a manor house featuring neoclassical design located on the Danish island of Falster northwest of Nykøbing. The two-story building displays ornate stucco decorations and a cast iron entrance staircase typical of its architectural period.

The estate has roots dating back to the 14th century and was owned by various noble families over the centuries. The current manor house was designed by architect Otto Michael Glahn in the mid-1800s following Late Empire aesthetics, replacing earlier structures on the property.

The Danish Heritage Agency recognized both the new and old main buildings as protected structures on April 13, 1950, preserving their architectural significance.

This property covers extensive grounds with working agricultural land and borders the Guldborgsund waterway. The site is registered as a protected historical structure with Denmark's heritage authorities and requires respectful visiting practices.
