The Pavilion, Concert hall in Ayr, Scotland.

The Pavilion features an auditorium that accommodates 600 seats, providing space for musical performances and events along the Scottish west coast.

Constructed in 1911 by architect James Kennedy Hunter, the Category B listed building operated as a concert venue until 1993, when it transformed into Hanger 13 nightclub.

The concert hall hosted performances by notable artists including Iron Maiden, Gary Numan, Ian Gillan, Rory Gallagher, and Faith No More during its operational years.

Located on Pavilion Road near Ayr's town center, the building now functions as Pirate Pete's Family Entertainment Centre, marking a shift from its musical heritage.

Three separate incidents related to ecstasy use at the venue during its Hanger 13 period led to increased police surveillance and public safety discussions.
