Monkenhurst, Victorian Gothic house in Monken Hadley, Great Britain
The red brick residence at 15 The Crescent features three storeys with a pyramid-capped tower and overlooks Monken Hadley Common.
Built in 1880 by architect Peter Dollar, the house incorporates stained glass windows from the demolished Northumberland House displaying War of the Roses crests.
Comedian Spike Milligan purchased the property in 1974 and received visits from Prince Charles and Peter Sellers during his ownership period.
The property underwent a major refurbishment by developer Stephen Friel, who invested £250,000 to restore the building's structural elements.
The house contains historic stained glass windows that reference the Battle of Barnet through heraldic crests of participating nobles.
