The Belvedere de Perseigne rises 30 meters high at an elevation of 340 meters, providing a 360-degree view of the surrounding forest and plains.

The nineteenth-century observation tower stands as the highest point in the Sarthe department, marking generations of visitors exploring the natural landscape.

The tower serves as an educational center where school groups and families learn about local flora, fauna, and regional geographical features.

Visitors can access the tower from April to September on Sundays and holidays between 2 PM and 6 PM, with extended hours during July and August.

The structure contains 163 steps leading to an observation platform where visitors can use provided binoculars to spot details across the Maine Saosnois region.
