Karen’s Place
Karen's Place is a restaurant in Bahía de Banderas with an open-sided design and water views. The space features simple tables and chairs arranged outdoors, with a palapa roof covering part of the area and a menu of around eighty-four dishes and drinks including fresh seafood and vegan options.
The founder frequently visited Mexico in the 1980s and 1990s before deciding to make it her home in 1992. She opened the restaurant in 1998 to share her passion for good food and warm hospitality with the community.

The restaurant is open daily from morning until late evening and is accessible by local buses or taxis from the Transportes del Pacifico stop. Access is short and easy with nearby parking, and note that the restaurant accepts cash only.
