Hatton Shopping Village

Hatton Shopping Village is a former Victorian farm whose historic buildings now house independent shops selling clothing, home accessories, artisan foods, and handmade gifts. The site preserves the original farm architecture and layout, creating a retail destination set among the original stone structures and converted barns.

This site operated as a working farm complex during the Victorian period, with barns and outbuildings supporting agricultural operations. The buildings were later adapted and repurposed, eventually becoming a shopping destination while maintaining their historical character and farm structure.

Local artisans regularly set up in the converted farm buildings to sell their work during craft fairs and seasonal events. You can see traditional handmade goods that reflect the region's crafting heritage on display throughout the village.

Three walking routes begin at the site, guiding visitors through surrounding farmland and connecting to nearby locks on the Grand Union Canal. These paths allow you to combine shopping with outdoor exploration of the waterway and countryside.
