Seal Bay Resort
Seal Bay Resort is a seaside holiday park in Selsey near Chichester offering caravans, lodges, houses, and tent pitches for guests. The site features indoor and outdoor swimming pools with slides, a complex with cinema and bowling, play areas, restaurants, shops, and nearly one mile of private beach access.
Seal Bay Resort began in 1959 as a family-run caravan park called White Horse Caravan Park, founded by Douglas Bunn. Substantial investment over the decades expanded it into a major leisure destination with extensive facilities and entertainment options.
The resort is approximately two hours drive from London and provides a free bus service for guests moving between different areas of the large site. Having a car is helpful for exploring, though walking is possible, and maps plus an app are available to help plan activities and find amenities.
The resort features a Dockyard area with ship-shaped climbing walls and bouncing nets that appeal especially to children. In the pottery studio, guests can paint ceramic pieces and take them home as personal mementos of their stay.
