Laurent de Gourcuff and Gilles Malafosse established this dining venue, bringing chef Benjamin Masson from Monsieur Bleu to lead the culinary program.
The interior design by Hugo Toro and Maxime Liautard incorporates light wood, yellow velvet, terracotta, and marble to create a Mediterranean garden setting.
The restaurant welcomes guests daily from 9:35 AM to 2:00 AM, with advance reservations recommended for tables offering views of the Eiffel Tower.
