The restaurant operates from a renovated bourgeois house at 3 Rue du Général Charles de Gaulle, where the Trochain family has been developing their culinary passion into a sustainable gastronomic approach for over twenty years.

Chef Laurent Trochain's culinary philosophy centers on the vi-getal concept, where vegetables, herbs and fruits take center stage while animal proteins serve primarily as condiments to enhance the natural flavors of plant-based ingredients.

Open Wednesday through Saturday evenings and weekends for lunch, the restaurant offers menus ranging from 60 to 75 euros in an air-conditioned space that accommodates guests with reduced mobility and welcomes pets.
