Numéro 3 is a fine dining restaurant in a converted townhouse at the edge of the village. It serves tasting menus with five to seven courses where seasonal ingredients are transformed into artfully plated dishes.

The Trochain family established this venture over twenty years ago, developing their culinary passion into a sustainable approach. The house on Rue du Général Charles de Gaulle was later renovated to accommodate this particular kitchen vision.

The restaurant centers on vegetables, herbs, and fruits as star ingredients, with animal proteins used sparingly to enhance plant-based flavors. This approach shapes how visitors experience each course served here.

The restaurant is open Wednesday through Saturday evenings and weekends at lunch, with an air-conditioned dining space accessible to those with reduced mobility. Pets are welcome, making it easy to include your companion in the visit.

The restaurant sources vegetables and herbs from its own garden and uses eggs from Houdan chickens, a French breed with distinctive features. This direct sourcing allows the chef complete control over the freshness and quality of each ingredient.
