Muzeum Kultury Ludowej, Open-air folk museum in Domatków, Poland.
The Folk Culture Museum extends across 30 hectares, featuring 80 wooden buildings that represent traditional rural architecture from southeastern Poland.
Established in 1959 by the Kolbuszów Society for Protection of Natural and Cultural Monuments, the museum was nationalized in 1971 and renamed to Museum of Folk Culture.
The museum preserves the heritage of Lasowiacy and Rzeszowiacy communities through exhibits of traditional tools, costumes, ceramics, and everyday objects from the 19th century.
From April to October, visitors can explore the grounds Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 17:00, and weekends from 10:00 to 18:00, with winter hours from 9:00 to 16:00.
The museum contains fire engines with four-wheeled horsepumps, an active apiary, and farm animals that demonstrate historical agricultural practices of the region.
