Wilmot Mountain is a ski resort in Randall featuring 23 trails across varying difficulty levels spread over 120 acres. The terrain includes a vertical drop of 200 feet (61 meters) suited for skiing and snowboarding.
Walter Stopa founded the resort in 1938 after examining the area's glacial topography. He started operations using a rope tow powered by a Model A Ford engine.
The resort maintains a ski and snowboard school featuring 300 certified instructors who train local athletes and newcomers throughout the winter season.
The resort offers equipment rentals and night skiing available on all trails. Visitors may notice unusual road patterns in the surrounding area from its previous use.
The site previously housed the Wilmot Hills Race Course from 1954 to 1967. This former use shaped the layout and infrastructure that exists today.
