This establishment was founded in 1991 when Therese Marisy turned a childhood dream into reality by opening a hotel-restaurant near her family farm. The project was rooted from the start in the local setting and grew from personal connection to the region.
The restaurant serves local specialties such as lamb from nearby Taupin farm and trout from Veuxhaulles-sur-Aube, paired with wines from regional vineyards. These ingredients come from the surrounding area and shape what you find on the menu.
The property includes a wellness center where guests can use the steam room, sauna, and indoor pool, making it convenient for relaxation upon arrival. All rooms are air-conditioned and the facility offers ample space for both unwinding and staying active.
