Le Mathurin was a fish restaurant in Saint-Valery-sur-Somme, a port town on the Somme Bay in northern France. It occupied a building on Place des Pilotes, with an indoor dining room and an outdoor terrace.
The restaurant built its reputation around menus that changed every day depending on what the fishing boats brought in. Chef Pierre-Alain Delaby ran it until December 2024, when he chose to move elsewhere as tourism in the area shifted.
