Shakespeare's New Place, Historical museum at Chapel Street, Stratford-on-Avon, England.
The preserved foundations and gardens mark the location where William Shakespeare resided from 1597 until his death in 1616.
The original Tudor house, built in 1483 by Hugh Clopton, was demolished in 1759 by Reverend Francis Gastrell due to excessive tourist attention.
The site features commissioned artworks and sculptures throughout the gardens, representing themes from Shakespeare's literary works written at New Place.
The museum includes exhibition spaces, gift shops, garden access, and remains closed for renovations until spring 2025.
Archaeological excavations in 2010 revealed the original Tudor house foundations beneath the contemporary garden landscape.
