Manyata Embassy Business Park, Business park in Nagawara, Bangalore, India
Manyata Embassy Business Park is an office campus covering roughly 122 acres in northern Bangalore, where over 110,000 professionals work for IT and service companies. The site divides into several multi-story buildings with conference halls, canteens and outdoor areas for short breaks during the workday.
The first buildings rose from 2001 onward on vacant land, meeting the growing need for office space among international technology firms. Over the following years more structures appeared and the site became one of the largest commercial clusters in the city.
The name combines a Sanskrit term for respect with a diplomatic title, reflecting the international character of the companies based here. A garden covering roughly 15 acres invites employees to grow their own vegetables and unwind among the beds after work.
The site sits directly on Outer Ring Road and is easily reached by car from both the airport and the city center through several entry points. Visitors on foot will find wide walkways connecting the individual blocks and public seating outdoors.
One of the rooftops holds a football pitch covering roughly 13,000 square feet (1,200 square meters), where employees can play and train after work. The turf was laid so that it supports the weight of many players at once and drains quickly after rain.
