Adrasan

Adrasan is a wide sand beach in a large bay in southern Anatolia, surrounded by green hills with calm, clear water. The shoreline stretches far and offers plenty of space for swimming, walking, or simply sitting in the sun.

The beach is several hours by car from Antalya city center along the coastal D400 highway, which winds through tunnels and curves offering scenic views. Buses run regularly, or you can rent a car to enjoy the drive at your own pace and stop to admire the coastline.

A forest fire in 2015 left dry, brown hillsides above the beach, creating a striking contrast between the damaged upland and the intact, calm coastal life below. This contrast highlights the fragility and value of this still-preserved natural refuge.
