Each room features exposed concrete ceilings, hardwood floors, and a private south-facing terrace overlooking the city skyline and distant Alpine mountains.

The site was originally an industrial and commercial building before being transformed into a contemporary hotel while retaining its industrial character. This conversion reflects the broader pattern of repurposing functional structures across urban Munich neighborhoods.

The rooms each reflect a collaboration with someone from Munich's music, design, arts, food, or sports scene, bringing their personal style into the decor and layout.

Guests can check in from 3:00 PM and must check out by noon, while the rooftop bar welcomes visitors daily from 8:00 AM to midnight. The south-facing terraces and bar area are best enjoyed during daylight hours when views are clearest.
