Plateau State Park

The 18-hectare park extends from a plateau down to the Marne River, featuring walking paths, islands, and observation points overlooking Paris and the valley.

The park development occurred in two phases, with the first section completed in 1984 offering large esplanades, followed by a more structured area added in 1990.

The park displays contemporary art installations, including Condition 6 by Jean Clareboudt, previously exhibited at the Rodin Museum, and a distinctive orientation table by Sylvie Sandjian.

Visitors can engage in various sports activities including table tennis, volleyball, basketball, and skating, with equipment available for loan during summer months.

Three specialized gardens showcase a collection of 30 bamboo varieties, 116 maple trees representing 15 species, and a heather garden with rhododendrons and azaleas.
