The facility opened in 2011 and was designed by architect DI Haderer. From the start, it was planned to accommodate players of various skill levels in the Lower Austria region.

The facility has a driving range with twenty bays plus putting, pitching, and chipping greens along with a practice bunker. Visitors can start playing daily between 9:00 and 18:00 without advance reservations.
Players can start their rounds without reservations, as the club maintains a flexible tee time policy throughout its 2,776-meter course length.
