L'Arche de Méo

L'Arche de Méo is a wildlife park spanning about 6 hectares with approximately 450 animals living in naturalistic enclosures at the base of the Alpilles mountains. Walking paths and viewing platforms throughout the grounds allow visitors to observe the animals from different angles and distances.

The property was taken over in 2019 by Robin and Tiphanie, who renamed it after their son and transformed its operations. This change shifted the facility into a family-run wildlife park with a renewed approach to animal care.

The place puts visitors in contact with animals in informal settings where people can observe natural behaviors and learn about wildlife protection. This approach creates a personal connection that helps guests understand conservation needs beyond typical zoo visits.

The park is open on specific days of the week and has restroom facilities, a snack bar, and a large play area on the grounds. These amenities make planning a full afternoon visit comfortable and convenient for families.

Guests can participate in keeper experiences where they work alongside staff to learn directly from animal caretakers. This behind-the-scenes access provides insight into daily routines and helps visitors understand the effort required to maintain the park.
