Lembang Floating Market is a theme park and marketplace in Bandung Barat, Indonesia, set across a landscaped lake. Wooden boats are moored to a central dock network where vendors sell their goods.
The market was conceived as a modern leisure facility inspired by traditional Southeast Asian water markets. This historic trading format was adapted to meet tourism needs in West Java.
Merchants prepare Indonesian dishes directly on their boats while wearing regional attire from different provinces. They offer food cooked in styles found across the archipelago, making its culinary diversity visible in a single space.
The park opens Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, with weekend hours starting at 8 AM. Saturday closing time extends to 10 PM.
Visitors can feed rabbits in garden burrows and interact with swans near the lake shore. A separate section displays rice cultivation demonstrations that explain growing methods.
