Lembang Park & Zoo

Lembang Park & Zoo is a zoological garden in Bandung Barat that presents native and exotic animal species across a sprawling highland site. The grounds include several themed areas with enclosures, walking paths, and rest zones for families.

The park opened in 2020 as a modern wildlife education center for West Java. Its founders wanted to combine conservation with leisure and created a concept that draws families from across the region.

The Southeast Asian section displays animals native to Javanese and Sumatran rainforests. Visitors see how these species live in their natural habitat and why they matter to Indonesian biodiversity.

Weekends bring larger crowds, so arriving early in the morning and planning a full morning visit works well. Paths can be steep, so sturdy footwear helps when walking the full circuit through the grounds.

A cafe with cats allows visitors to relax with the animals over drinks after touring the grounds. This blend of traditional zoo and animal interaction is fairly uncommon in the area and appeals especially to younger guests.
