Yoki's Farm opened in 1996 as a family project focused on hydroponic farming. Over the years, the owners expanded it to include a zoo, a museum, and a hotel, turning it into one of the better-known stops in the Cavite region.
The farm sits near Tagaytay and draws families looking for a day away from the city. The Farm Table restaurant works directly with what is grown on the property, so visitors can taste vegetables and herbs that were harvested the same day.
A visit usually takes between 2 and 4 hours, but those who want to eat at the restaurant or stay overnight should plan for a full day. Comfortable shoes and sun protection are a good idea, since most of the grounds are outdoors.
Among the animals on the property are capybaras, the largest rodents in the world and very rarely seen in the Philippines, alongside zebras that can be hand-fed by visitors. Peacocks roam freely across the grounds and often appear without warning along the walking paths.
