Domaine Audubert is a campground spread across about 2.5 hectares with nine spacious camping spots separated by numerous trees. Sanitary facilities are housed in a converted old barn and include hot showers, toilets, sinks, and a washing machine for guests.
The property began as a farm in the 18th century and was converted into a campground when current owners took over in 2005. This transformation shows how rural estates shift their purpose while maintaining connections to their agricultural heritage.
The property maintains an organic garden and bakes bread fresh daily, allowing guests to enjoy produce grown directly on the land. This traditional farming approach is woven into daily life at the site and connects past practices with present activities.
Each camping spot measures at least 200 square meters and is vehicle-free, allowing guests to choose between sunny and shaded locations among trees and shrubs. The natural layout creates distinct areas and makes orientation around the property straightforward.
The site sits at about 305 meters elevation, offering an elevated perspective over the surrounding landscape that creates a quiet, secluded feeling during longer stays. This position away from road noise and traffic lets visitors feel more connected to the natural pace around them.
