Aire de Naturelle, Coastal campground in Goulven, France
Aire de Naturelle is a natural camping area in Goulven on Goulven Bay, just 300 meters (approximately 1,000 feet) from the sea. The site offers 25 pitches for tents and motorhomes on roughly one hectare with water supply, electrical connections, shower facilities, and waste disposal.
The campground was established by the La Côte des légendes accueille association to support local tourism in the Finistère region. The project emerged as a way to develop coastal tourism while respecting the area's character.
The location sits near local markets, creperies, and the stone church of Saint-Goulven with its Breton architecture. Visitors experience traditional Breton daily life in the surrounding area.
The site is open from Easter to All Saints' Day and provides shower facilities, toilets, and waste disposal throughout the season. The location fills quickly during peak times due to its limited capacity.
The site intentionally limits itself to 25 pitches to minimize environmental impact and prevent overcrowding. This choice sets it apart from larger commercial campgrounds found elsewhere along the coast.
