Wakepark Izon

Wakepark Izon is a water sports facility built across a large lake with multiple cable systems, ramps, and obstacles for wakeboarding and related water activities. The site accommodates riders at different skill levels with various training setups and challenge options.

The park was created as part of a regional development plan that converted former quarry sites into recreational spaces. This transformation allowed the community to gain a modern water sports facility on land that had previously served industrial purposes.

Professional rider Hervé Pujol leads a team of instructors who maintain French wakeboarding traditions through specialized teaching methods.

The facility is open from April through October with equipment rentals and safety gear provided for all visitors. Before your visit, check whether wind and water conditions are suitable for your planned activities.

The site uses specialized cable systems that allow riders access from different angles and speeds. This design lets riders practice multiple technical maneuvers during a single session without long waits between attempts.
