Platja del Perelló

Platja del Perelló stretches about 850 meters along the Valencian coast with fine sand and gentle waves. The water is shallow and warm, making it easy to swim on hot days.

The location grew from a small fishing village to a summer destination. This transformation happened as visitors arrived and infrastructure developed during the 1900s.

Local fishermen still work with traditional methods along the water's edge and shape the character of the place. In summer months, residents gather together for shared activities on the beach.

The beach has lifeguards, first aid stations, and accessible facilities with restrooms and play areas. Visitors should seek shade during the hottest hours and protect themselves from the sun.

A regular wind called Garbí creates special water conditions that support windsurfing and similar activities. These winds are strongest in the warmer months.
