The Couvent des Minimes features red brick architecture with vaulted ceilings and a central courtyard covered by a glass atrium pyramid.
Built between 1622 and 1638 as a monastery, the building transformed into military quarters in 1791 before becoming a luxury hotel in 1990.
The structure maintains its Flemish architectural heritage through preserved cloisters and period sculptures that reflect regional craftsmanship from the 17th century.
The hotel contains 75 rooms and 8 suites, ranging from 20 to 60 square meters, each equipped with marble bathrooms and modern amenities.
The 2500-square-meter interior courtyard serves as a central gathering space beneath a contemporary glass pyramid, merging historical architecture with modern design.
