Ottuś stands as a miniature bronze figure measuring approximately 25 centimeters, depicting a smiling dwarf in traditional Polish folk attire near the Hansel & Gretel houses.
Installed on December 18, 2015, this statue forms part of the collection commemorating the Orange Alternative movement that used dwarf imagery to protest against communist rule.
The statue represents the employment agency OTTO, adding to Wrocław's collection of over 300 dwarf sculptures that reflect local businesses and organizations throughout the city.
Visitors can locate Ottuś using specialized dwarf maps available at tourist information centers, which guide them through the extensive network of bronze figures.
Each winter, local residents place small scarves and hats on Ottuś and other dwarf statues, creating seasonal variations in their appearance.
