WIZek, Dwarf statue at Faculty of Computer Science, Wrocław University of Science and Technology, Poland.
The bronze figure WIZek sits at a table with two laptops, representing modern academic life at the Faculty of Computer Science and Management.
The statue was installed on December 4, 2018 to mark the 50th anniversary of the Faculty of Computer Science and Management establishment.
The sculpture joins six other dwarf statues at the university campus, forming part of the extensive collection of bronze dwarfs throughout Wrocław.
The statue stands near building B-4 entrance on Łukasiewicza Street, where students and faculty members pass by during their daily activities.
One laptop displays the Faculty emblem while the other shows an inscription commemorating five decades of academic excellence from 1969 to 2018.
