The statue was installed on December 4, 2018 to commemorate 50 years since the Faculty of Computer Science and Management was founded. The installation marked a significant milestone in the faculty's growth from 1969 onward.
This dwarf joins Wrocław's famous collection of bronze dwarves scattered throughout the city as symbols of wit and spirit. The figure represents how academic institutions connect to local traditions and everyday public spaces.
The statue is positioned near the entrance of building B-4 on Łukasiewicza Street within the campus grounds. You can spot it easily by following the pathways around the faculty buildings where it sits visible among modern structures.
