The initiative for this statue emerged from the Association for Protection, Promotion, and Support of Breastfeeding in correlation with Polish Breastfeeding Week 2024.
Created by artist Maciejka Bokrzycka, this figure joins numerous dwarf statues across Wrocław while promoting public breastfeeding acceptance.
The statue's installation requires community funding through a campaign at zrzutka.pl, where supporters can contribute to its creation and placement.
This dwarf statue represents the first breastfeeding-themed figure in Wrocław's collection, addressing social perceptions of nursing in public spaces.
