AviaSim Genève, Flight simulator center in Gaillard, France
AviaSim Genève is a flight simulation center in Gaillard with four professional-grade simulators: two for commercial aircraft and two for fighter jets. Each simulator features a 180-degree display system showing photorealistic landscapes and airports from around the world.
The center opened in 2019, bringing professional flight simulators to the French-Swiss border region for the first time. This facility made aviation technology and pilot training accessible to the general public.
The center draws flight enthusiasts from both sides of the French-Swiss border and creates a gathering place for people interested in aviation. Visitors experience the sensation of piloting a real aircraft within a realistic setting.
The center is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and welcomes visitors ages 10 and up. Minimum height of 1.40 meters (4 feet 7 inches) is required to safely operate all simulators.
Visitors can choose from more than 24,000 airports worldwide and experience different weather conditions and navigation challenges during their flights. This means every session offers a completely different flying experience with varied challenges.
