Escapeyourself macon, Escape room in Mâcon, France
Escapeyourself Mâcon offers two differently themed rooms designed for teams of 3 to 7 people, where participants solve puzzles and locate hidden clues to accomplish their mission within 60 minutes. The spaces feature detailed props and decorations that create immersive scenarios where every object and surface may hold important information or clues.
This facility was the first escape game venue in the Saône-et-Loire region, bringing this entertainment format to the area. Its opening helped establish the escape game concept as a popular leisure activity for both locals and tourists.
The two rooms feature scenarios set in contrasting worlds: one draws from Japanese criminal underworld narratives, the other from ancient Egyptian tombs and curses. Players experience how different cultures and time periods shape the puzzles and atmosphere they encounter.
The venue is located on rue d'Ozenay in central Mâcon and operates daily, extending hours until midnight on weekends. Visitors should arrive a few minutes early and wear comfortable clothing suitable for moving around and searching through spaces.
In the Jade Dragon scenario, teams must recover a stolen artifact from yakuza hands, while the Pharaoh room demands they break an ancient curse placed on its chamber. Each mission requires entirely different problem-solving approaches and types of thinking.
