The Kernel Spa Road, Brasserie in Dockley Estate, London, England
The Kernel Spa Road is a brasserie located in a converted industrial arch on the Dockley Estate with multiple dining areas inside. The kitchen focuses on fresh ingredients paired with craft beers made on the premises.
The venue opened in August 2024, converting an industrial section of the Dockley Estate into a dining and brewing destination. The space had previously served industrial functions before its transformation into a restaurant.
The restaurant blends British brewing customs with Japanese cooking through its partnership with Yagi Izakaya's kitchen residency. Visitors experience both culinary traditions served within the same space.
The restaurant operates Wednesday through Sunday with extended evening hours until 22:00 on weekdays. Special group arrangements can be made for parties of 20 to 30 people.
The venue brews some of its own beers, including unusual varieties like Apricot Saison and Damson Saison. These house-made craft beers are offered alongside natural wines.
