Yuseong Hot Springs 유성온천 족욕체험장
Yuseong Hot Springs is a foot bath experience area in Yuseong district featuring naturally warm water around 41 degrees Celsius. The site contains several soaking pools of different styles, including pavilion-shaped structures and stream-like arrangements, surrounded by trees and flowering plants.
The springs trace back to a legend from the Baekje kingdom era, when a sick son was healed through the presence of a white crane. This ancient healing tradition led Joseon dynasty kings to visit the site regularly for its therapeutic benefits.
The name Yuseong reflects the area's long association with healing and restoration. Visitors gather here as part of daily life, sharing quiet moments in the warm water and finding relief from the demands of their routines.
The area is open year-round from early morning until late evening at no cost. Wash your feet before entering, spend 20 to 30 minutes soaking in the warm water, and wear warm socks afterward to retain the heat and prolong the relaxation.
The water is naturally warm and not artificially heated, making it a genuine thermal experience that has attracted visitors for hundreds of years. This sets it apart from many other facilities that must use temperature-controlled systems.
