Zákupy

Zákupy is a town with special municipal privileges located in Česká Lípa District in the Czech Republic. The town incorporates six surrounding villages, including Božíkov, Brenná, Kamenice, Lasvice, Šidlov, and Veselí, which function together as a single administrative unit.

The settlement that became Zákupy gradually expanded over generations and eventually received town privileges, establishing its administrative importance in the region. The consolidation of surrounding villages into the municipality occurred at different points in the past.
