Blansko Castle is a ruined Gothic fortress in the Mírkov area of the Czech Republic. The remaining stone structures show traces of medieval defensive design and stonework from centuries past.
The fortress began in 1431 as a regional center for administration and control. Over the centuries it served the local nobility before falling into decline.
The structure received recognition as a cultural monument of the Czech Republic, preserving the architectural legacy of medieval defensive structures.
