Klingerova vila, National cultural monument in Nové Město pod Smrkem, Czech Republic.

Klingerova vila is a neo-baroque villa built 1888–1891 by architect Edmund Trossin for textile baron Ottomar Klinger. Its two storeys and converted attic cover about 900 m² of ground, with over 2,700 m² of usable space, and it was fitted out with Italian building materials. A ceiling fresco by Adolf Liebscher (1857–1919) survives inside.

Ottomar Klinger, ennobled as Baron Klinger von Klingerstorff in 1908, had the villa built from 1888 to 1891 by architect Edmund Trossin in a castle-like Neo-Baroque style. After 1945 it decayed, served as a kindergarten and stood empty for over ten years until Krefeld entrepreneur Peter M. Wöllner bought it in 2001 and had it restored by Tomáš and Karel Myslivec.

The villa's name recalls the Klinger textile dynasty: Ottomar Klinger, ennobled in 1908 as Freiherr von Klingerstorff, had it built for his wife and three children. The family firm once employed 5,000 people and kept branches in Vienna, Paris, Milan and New York. Since 2010 the building has housed the offices of CiS SYSTEMS s.r.o.

The villa stands on a south-facing slope opposite the Tafelfichte, now the seat of CiS SYSTEMS s.r.o.; it is a company building, so visits concern the exterior and the park. Restoration ran from 2001 under architects Tomáš and Karel Myslivec, with the west tower rebuilt and the south terrace reconstructed in 2007.

The villa's drinking water comes from a nearby spring of especially soft water, an unusual supply arrangement noted in descriptions of the building. The interior ceiling fresco was painted by Adolf Liebscher (1857–1919) and was restored in 2005 by painter Jiří Látal of Litomyšl.
