Žamberk Castle

Žamberk Castle is a château located in the town of Žamberk in the Pardubice Region, distinguished by its symmetrical design and ornate decorative details in the Rococo style. The structure unites two original sections of the estate and features a chapel, residential rooms, and adjoining park grounds.

The castle's origins trace back to 1575 when Mikuláš of Bubna of Litice combined two separate estates and initiated its construction. Over subsequent centuries, the property underwent various renovations and expansions that shaped its present form.
