Haselstein is a scenic viewpoint in the Ore Mountains and sits at approximately 665 meters in elevation. From this location, visitors can look across forested valleys and rolling hills that stretch toward the horizon.

The viewpoint served as a natural observation post during the Middle Ages for monitoring trade routes crossing the mountains. Later, travelers and hikers valued this spot as a landmark for orientation.

Local photographers gather at this location throughout the year to capture images of seasonal changes in the surrounding Czech landscapes.

The area is accessible via marked hiking trails, and parking is available at the base of the walking path. In wet weather, the trail can become slippery, so proper footwear is important.

The geological formation contains rare mineral deposits that show different colors during morning and evening light. These color shifts make early morning or late afternoon hours particularly interesting for visitors.
