The Kojál radio transmitter is a 340-meter-tall broadcasting facility positioned on Kojál Hill near Brno at an elevation of 600 meters. The structure features separate antenna systems with FM radio broadcasting in the lower sections and television transmission in the higher sections.
The original transmission mast was built between 1959 and 1960 as a 324-meter guyed mast with a triangular cross-section anchored at four different levels. This initial structure was later replaced by the larger facility that stands today.
