Archangel Michael's Church, Baroque church in Znojmo, Czech Republic
Archangel Michael's Church is a baroque building located on one of Znojmo's highest points with distinctive architectural features. A separate bell tower from 1694 stands adjacent to the main structure, forming a striking part of the town's skyline.
The church was first mentioned in 1226 and underwent significant style changes from Romanesque to Gothic in 1508. It later experienced Lutheran control before Jesuits restored it.
