Bludovský zámek

Bludovský zámek is a Baroque castle in the Olomouc Region featuring Renaissance-influenced architecture with ornate decorative details throughout its structure. The building contains grand ceremonial rooms, including a Baroque hall designed for formal events and musical performances.

The original stronghold dates from 1570 and underwent transformation into a Renaissance mansion after 1620. Extensive Baroque modifications followed under different noble families, shaping the building's character across several centuries.

The castle houses a collection of historical artifacts, including the Zierotin family's library, picture gallery, archives, and a weapons collection brought from Velké Losiny Castle. These collections tell the story of the noble families who lived here and shaped the estate over many generations.
