SaS group Tower

The SaS group Tower is a modern office building with 25 floors reaching about 86 meters high in Most. Its rectangular form combines glass and concrete surfaces with a central lobby and elevator system serving all levels.

The building was constructed in 1984 during the late communist period as part of urban development in industrial centers. Its creation shows how city needs were shifting in Czechoslovakia at that time.

The building marks a turning point in how Czech cities transitioned from socialist planning to modern office space, reflecting changing urban needs of that era. It shows how cities adapted to new commercial demands during this shift.

The building is easily accessible from outside and its location in the business district makes it a recognizable landmark. Visitors can view the structure and architecture from street level and get a good sense of its urban setting.

This is the tallest building in the entire Ústí nad Labem Region and has served as Most's visual anchor for decades. Its distinctive outline is visible from many points across the city and shapes the skyline noticeably.
