This is a wooden observation tower in Březová nad Svitavou that reaches 20 meters high with a viewing platform about 15 meters above ground. It stands in the Pardubice region and opens views over the surrounding landscape along the Svitava River valley.

Construction began in 2006 and lasted one year. The tower was ceremonially opened on 17 June 2007 in the presence of Zdeněk Svěrák, Jaroslav Weigel and Miloň Čepelka. Its base sits at 476 m above sea level and its top at 496 m.

The tower is named after Jára Cimrman, a fictional Czech character celebrated in theater and popular culture. This naming reflects a unique Czech tradition of affectionate humor surrounding this invented figure.

The tower is open to visitors throughout the year and can be reached via a nature trail that starts from Dlouhá railway station. The route leads through the Svitava valley and features information panels along the way about local nature and history.

The tower is one of several named after Jára Cimrman, alongside the supposed world's lowest observation tower in Semily-Nouzov and the Jára Cimrman Lighthouse in Příchovice u Tanvaldu. Its opening on 17 June 2007 drew Zdeněk Svěrák, Jaroslav Weigel and Miloň Čepelka, the actors behind the character.
