The circular stone structure features a rounded nave with a semicircular apse on the eastern side, topped by a domed roof with a lantern.
Built in the 11th century, the rotunda stands as the oldest Romanesque chapel in Prague, with its first documented mention dating from 1365.
The interior walls contain fragments of Gothic paintings from the 14th century, including a fresco depicting the Three Magi veneration.
The Old Catholic Church of the Czech Republic maintains regular religious services in this preserved medieval structure at Konviktska Street.
During restoration work, workers discovered a large wooden cross in the foundations, connecting to local stories about a martyred Christian girl.
