Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University

The Faculty of Social Sciences at Charles University is an academic institution with five institutes located in the Holesovice district of Prague. These institutes focus on economics, journalism, political science, sociology, and international relations.

This institution was created in 1990 after communism ended in Czechoslovakia. It was part of the academic renewal that followed the peaceful transformation of society.
