Koruna, Mountain summit near Božanov, Czech Republic.

Koruna is a steep summit of 772 m in the Broumovské stěny, rising above the village of Božanov. Its upper plateau is built of Upper Cretaceous sandstone and drops in vertical walls on all sides except the northwest, where it runs toward Velká kupa. A viewpoint on the summit rocks looks over the Broumov basin, Szczeliniec and Bor.

The peak has carried the German name Ringelkoppe for centuries, reflecting the long presence of German-speaking inhabitants in this Bohemian border region. This naming tradition shows the cultural layering of the area over time.

The German name Ringelkoppe, still recorded for the peak, recalls the German-speaking population of this Bohemian border area before 1945. A green-marked side trail from the route between Police nad Metují and the Machovský kříž crossroads leads to the summit viewpoint.

The summit is reached by a green-marked branch off the hiking trail from Police nad Metují to the Machovský kříž junction. The viewpoint sits on the weathered sandstone at the top, above the village of Božanov, within the Broumovsko protected landscape area.

The summit's sandstone surface is weathered, cracked and cut by small rock fissures. From the viewing point on the rocks, the panorama takes in Broumov, the Suche Mountains, the Ścinawka Depression and the Table Mountains with Szczeliniec and Błędne Skały.
