Lahovice Bridge, Road bridge in Lahovice, Czechia

Lahovice Bridge is a road bridge spanning the Berounka River with a length of approximately 217 meters and two observation towers built into its structure. These towers offer elevated viewpoints across the river valley below.

A wooden bridge stood here from 1743; it was replaced by a reinforced-concrete bridge around 1918, and a parallel span was added in the early 1960s. The present bridge was designed in 1994–2001 and built in 2001–2004, opening in August 2004 at a cost of 554 million CZK.

The bridge connects people from both riverbanks in their daily routines and serves as a meeting point for the local community. Cyclists and walkers use it regularly, making it an active part of how residents move through the area.

The bridge is accessible 24 hours a day at no cost for all users, whether driving, walking, or cycling. Parking spaces are located nearby and cycling trails connect to the bridge for convenient travel.

The two observation towers were added during the 2001–2004 replacement, and the bridge won the Ministry of Transport's "Bridge Work of 2004" title. Its pillars are clad in blue-grey Požár granite, shaped as a two-sided ice-breaker because the Berounka is known for ice barriers.
