Nature park Smetanka, Nature park in Hrdlořezy district, Prague, Czech Republic

Nature Park Smetanka is a protected natural park established in 2010 across the Prague districts of Hloubětín, Kyje, Hrdlořezy and Vysočany. Průmyslová street splits it into two halves: the western part holds the wooded Smetanka ridge (242 m) with the meandering Rokytka stream and Hořejší pond, while the eastern part is dominated by the Lehovec forest above the former Aloisov settlement.

Přírodní park Smetanka was established in 2010 across parts of Hloubětín, Kyje, Hrdlořezy and Vysočany. The first written mention of Hořejší rybník dates to 1544.

The name Smetanka comes from the wooded ridge that dominates the park, and the Hořejší pond has been documented since 1544. A marked hiking trail, route 1105, runs through the park from Kobylisy to Staré Malešice, and a pear orchard was replanted on the meadow below the hill in 2015.

The Rokytka stream was channelled into straight concrete beds from the early 20th century; since 2012 several revitalisation stages have recreated a meandering channel on the floodplain meadow below Smetanka hill, and a pear orchard was renewed there in 2015.
